Single and double B and B accommodation available.

3 double bedrooms. 1 with en-suite shower room and two with en-suite bathrooms. 2 single bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. All rooms are centrally heated and have tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and alarm clock.

Breakfast is served in our cosy dining area. Our bacon eggs and sausages come from the award wining Cowmans sausage shop in Clitheroe. Fresh packed lunches are available by prior arrangement. There is a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes serving many different cuisines within easy reach, Worston half a mile Downham one mile Clitheroe two miles. You can choose from local village pubs or town centre restaurants in Clitheroe.

Stone flagged guest lounge, looks out onto the south facing garden area with stunning views of Pendle Hill. There is a television and DVD player and plenty of information available on the local area so you can make the most of your stay.
Outside we have a south facing garden and roof terrace which are perfect suntraps with fantastic views of Pendle Hill. The perfect place to relax on a summers evening. We also have secure storage for wet weather gear and bikes plus ample parking.
